Ken’s work is exceptional – what a positive approach to his profession. You’ve probably seen the pics; it was a great installation and every aspect was tip top. He’s the definition of a professional technician. I am also pleased with your selection of the materials – 40,000 BTU is right on the money.

I immediately felt the difference in the quality with the Aprilaire 2410 filter – my nose stopped itching and my throat is less scratchy. That filter came with a 4” filter and I have already decided to order the model 413 filter which is an MRV 13 6” upgrade – love it.

I’ll register with Coleman today and see if I can get that $429 rebate from National Fuel Gas.
