We called Nowak Heating & Air Conditioning to service our furnace, which was not working properly. Ken, the serviceman discovered a dirty sensor and cleaned that and also did our yearly maintenance. While he was here we asked him to check the A/C unit which he did. He also showed me some things I could do myself to keep the furnace and A/C in good working order. He worked on our unit for three hours.

Dear Bob,

It has been a year since Ken installed a Fujitsu 9RLS split duct unit at my 1100 square foot house. It was an excellent install and it works great. I am surprised at how little at his increased my electric bill and still keeps me cool. It's very quiet and I like the remote control I submitted your paper work on my Fed Tax and was refunded a nice energy rebate. Thanks Bob.
